About
Hey, I’m Ros.
I’m a product manager in the Bay Area with over a decade of experience building products at Amazon, Salesforce, and Sephora. My work sits at the intersection of AI, data, and enterprise software — turning early-stage ideas into products used by millions.
This blog is where I think out loud about the things I find most interesting right now: how AI agents are reshaping product work, what it means to build in a world where prototyping is nearly free, and how the enterprise software stack is being rebuilt from scratch around intelligence.
Amazon — Built the B2B Marketplace bulk purchasing experience, bridging the gap between enterprise procurement needs and the simplicity of consumer shopping.
Salesforce — Within the Business Technology org, shipped internal CRM tools that improved how thousands of developers and admins operated day-to-day, and led workplace experience products.
Sephora — Led data infrastructure, ML, and advanced analytics products powering marketing automation and omnichannel personalization across a global customer base.
I hold an MS in Information Technology from Odesa Polytechnic University. Outside work, I trek, practice judo, and read too much about psychology.
